How can I add ConnectExpert to my website?

To add ConnectExpert to your website follow these steps:

  1. Start by signing up
  2. Get the install code from the ConnectExpert Settings section.
  3. Place the ConnectExpert code in your websites’s HTML files.
  4. You can now use the web application to chat with visitors.

What kind of pricing plans are available?

There are four plans available depending on the number of user accounts within one institution:

  • Solo ($ 120/month): For one doctor account
  • Team ($ 300/month): If up to three doctors are going to use ConnectExpert
  • Business ($ 500/month): For up to six doctor accounts
  • Enterprise ($ 900/month): For up to twelve doctor accounts

What features are available in trial accounts?

All ConnectExpert features are available in trial mode, and there is no limit on the number of doctors using the program. The ConnectExpert free trial will last for 30 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first.

What kind of reporting is available?

All plans can access the following chat-related reports:

  • Number of sessions, which shows the number, duration, and outcome of consulting sessions in the last seven days.
  • Your earnings, which displays the income received for paid consultations within the last seven days.
  • Total chats, which shows how many chats you received and how many chats were missed in the last seven days.
  • Consultation ratings, which shows customer satisfaction statistics based on the rates received by doctors during chats.

How many doctors can I have?

You can add an unlimited number of doctors to your site.

Can I invite visitors to chat?

No. Only authorized users are able to invite doctors to meet.

Can I change the physician’s e-mail address?

Unfortunately, physician’s e-mail address cannot be changed. If you need to sign in to ConnectExpert using another e-mail address, just add a new physicians in the Experts section and delete the previous account.

How does ConnectExpert work after hours?

When you go offline, your ConnectExpert switches to offline mode. It means that your visitors can’t leave messages

Security

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your account at any time, however, any remaining time will not be refunded.

Software/Hardware Requirements

Should I upload and/or install additional software to work in ConnectExpert?

No. You may use ConnectExpert as a web application in your Internet browser with standard settings.

What web browsers can I use?

You can use all the most popular browsers in all operating systems.

  • IE from version 10
  • Firefox from version 11
  • Chrome from version 16
  • Safari from version 7
  • Opera from version 12

Full chat functionality available in:

  • Firefox from version 22
  • Chrome from version 23
  • Opera from version 18

The browser versions for Android devices:

  • Firefox from version 24
  • Chrome from version 33
  • Opera from version 20

What internet speed is required?

At least 2 Mb/s connection for video consulting is recommended.

What equipment should I have to provide video consulting?

It is enough to have a microphone, acoustics (head phones, loudspeakers) and web camera.

What camera is suitable for working via ConnectExpert?

Any webcam is ok. The resolution of video transmission should not exceed 1280×720.

Troubleshooting

The microphone and video stream don’t work.

You should allow your browser to use your camera and microphone.




If several devices are connected to the PC or mobile device you should choose the necessary one.
