While holding a session, patients and doctors are able to invite other participants to join the session. This makes it possible for doctors to meet with several patients at once, or for a patient to get the opinion of multiple specialists at the same time.

Inviting someone to join a session is easy. You enter the person’s email address into ConnectExpert, and the person will receive an invitation with a link to join the session immediately.

Schedule

ConnectExpert will display the profiles of doctors available for online meetings. Each doctor is able to specify the dates and times of their availability to meet virtually.

The patient will choose an appropriate physician or therapist and schedule an appointment in a free slot on the doctor's calendar. The patient can also leave a note describing their problem for the doctor.

The doctor will be notified of the upcoming appointment, and be able to see a description of the patient's complaint.

Subsequently, the doctor and the patient will receive reminders about the upcoming meeting 3 days, 1 day, and 1 hour before the session begins.

Billing system

ConnectExpert provides built-in billing and invoicing services directly in the system. Patients set up their personal banking information with the system prior to scheduling a consultation. When the session completes, funds are automatically withdrawn. Providers can assign the cost of services per session or per minute, providing a way for practices to increase revenue by holding paid sessions online.

The patients are able to pay via Visa and MasterCard.

PHR manager

To ensure effective treatment and save time, ConnectExpert automatically records patient information (health history, medication use traction, prescriptions, allergies etc).

Along with the initial information input by the patient, ConnectExpert stores updates on the patient's state of health using data from other sources. All this data is automatically compiled and organized in the PHR.

For increased convenience, the CE team will integrate ConnectExpert with your EMR in order to exchange data.

Patients are able to input and update their Personal Health Records. This enables the doctor to see and track the patient’s condition.

Personal health information security is the highest priority for us.

We use encryption for all data shared and exchanged between doctors and patients. Online sessions take place in a secured virtual area that initiates at the moment of registration.

We use SSL encryption to ensure secure transmission of information between your browser and our servers when holding video sessions, chatting, sharing files, and inputting health data.

All the PHR is stored on restricted-access servers. We don't touch the personal records.
